Picture Day is an essential event in your child's school year, and we are here to make it memorable and hassle-free for everyone involved.
Here's how it works:
1. Our dedicated Account Specialist will work with you 4-6 weeks before Picture Day to finalize all the details and ensure everything runs smoothly.
2. We will send Picture Day materials to your center four weeks before Picture Day. We urge you to post posters promoting Picture Day to excite everyone immediately.
3. Three weeks before Picture Day, send your class rosters to your assigned Account Specialist, and one week before Picture Day, send home parent flyers with children.
4. The day before Picture Day, apply "Picture Day is Tomorrow" stickers to children's clothing to build excitement.
5. On Picture Day, our experienced photographers will arrive one hour before the start time to set up. The Photographer will work with you to ensure a successful Picture Day. Please review any special situations, changes, or needs with your Photographer immediately to avoid a later start time.
6. The Photographer ensures that all children are photographed and receive their proof order form on the same day as Picture Day. The Photographer will supply the school with "The Next Step" cards with instructions for families to order online and how to schedule an in-studio visit for all students who missed "Retake Day."
7. After Picture Day, families have seven days to order online. They can either ship their order to your center or their home (the shipping fee is included when shipped to home).
8. The photos and instructions on the next steps will arrive at your center three weeks after the order deadline.
Retainer & Commission
Memory Legacy LLC values our partnership with schools and parents. As such, we have a payment policy that benefits both parties. We do not require a retainer from clients; instead, payments will be made directly to our studios by the parents of the students being photographed on a per-transaction basis. We are proud to offer a commission of 15% of the net sales to the school as a token of our appreciation for the trust and loyalty you place in us. This way, everyone benefits from the quality services we provide.
